Victory Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

I visited this restaurant on 06/04/2025 with a friend, and it was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had.

We ordered Veg Kadhai, and to our surprise, it was completely tasteless. Even worse, the vegetables were raw. When I pointed this out to the owner, his response was, “It’s cooked like this, we add raw vegetables at the end.” Seriously? That’s not how Veg Kadhai is meant to be served. Still trying to salvage the meal, I ordered Chilli Paneer, hoping it would be better. I regret that decision. The dish looked and tasted like watery soup, and the paneer was sticky and unpleasant. I couldn’t even eat it and left the dish untouched.

What disappointed me even more was the owner’s attitude—completely indifferent and unapologetic, almost as if he was happy that we were paying for such horrible food.

The people here are extremely rude, and the place is very unhygienic. They make you wait 20–25 minutes for your order while repeatedly saying it will only take 5 or 10 minutes. I ended up waiting for almost half an hour. When it came to billing and payment, the staff were again very rude and uncooperative.

I had ordered shawarma and momos — they didn’t even provide chutney, and when I asked about it, they responded rudely, saying, “If you want, take it and go.” They even blamed me for the delay, claiming it was my fault that I waited for 25 minutes.

Even the owner is not helpful; he only seems to care about getting paid, not about the customer experience.

P.S. The food is absolutely not worth the money. It tasted terrible — I’ve had much better shawarma and momos from roadside stalls. I highly recommend not visiting this place if you value your...

Im writing this review after visiting this restaurant for almost 3 times ! As per my point of view I don't find this restaurant any where near in giving u Kerala food.Just because they serve you Kerala porotta ! First time when I visited my opinion was on positive note ,the mutton biriyani they served was good & kappa biriyani was decent enough.Second I got disappointed as the Hyderabadi Biriyani was a total disaster but still managed as we had dragon chicken to save us. Third time which was the worst among all ,with lot of expectation I had ordered fish meals but trust me guys it was so much disappointing that I wished I could leave the restaurant.
