Highly disappointed with the quantity of the food served and the service provided .Had the worst experience .I went to lunch with my family. They served mutton biryani in a plate in which curry or any sabzi is served .In my life this is the first time I saw biryani at such high cost served in such a small portion .The cost was 410 bucks but the quantity was not even sufficing for a single person .In addition to this they just came in and dropped the food on our table without serving.I don’t know what for they charged us the service tax when the proper service was not given .The staff were busy in their own fights and scolding and it seems they were least bothered about the customer service.Majorly disappointed as have visited this place earlier many a times and they use to be good ,but it seems with time things have deteriorated to a greater extent .Now would be unsure for a revisit to this place.I hope the management is good enough to take the feedbacks positively...

Pretty average ambience, noisy, with underwhelming service. The food is the only saving grace. You pay the cost of a high end eatery and pub to get very ordinary service. Ice cubes don’t get filled back on time. Glasses look untidy - who serves whiskeys in tall glasses? I remember this used to be a sought after place many years back. But having visited recently, I can confidently say that the quality has deteriorated many folds. And I will not want to go to this place again.

Worst part - after paying the bill in cash, we kept waiting for the change (about Rs. 250). The waiter was walking around nearby for almost 15 mins and I had to ask him to pay back the change, which he had in his pocket. He had no intention to give back the money. He also didn’t return the full change. Terrible terrible service - please avoid this place unless they train the waiters better and ask them to serve better and...

Nice place to have family dinner,my family members visited together. We ordered Chicken Saoji, taste was so so, however Our expectations were high. In the menu there is nothing for kids, some how we got noodles, after explaining that this is for our kids still they made spicy noodles. please don’t order masala papad as it was not good , full of red chilli powder and masala was not freshly prepared. Service was slow as they dont have enough waiter, their manager himself serving and doing lots of work/things. Our spending /Bill was 6k, I asked for 5 to 10% discount, but manager said we don't have discount policy as owners don’t allow to give discounts. As they charged good amount of service tax as well as charges, so I decided to not give Tips. But once I checked the bill they have already harged 2% tip by default without my consent, kindly check before paying...
