Hello everyone,
I am writing this honest review to help you understand my experience.
I had a Chicken biryani, which is too expensive. I thought it was expensive, so it might be the best biryani in the house. Later,
After a long wait, the biryani finally arrived. I'd like to suggest to the hotel authorities to improve their service; it was incredibly slow. For those looking for alternatives, there is a Westside shop nearby. You can visit there, do some shopping for necessary items, and return to your table. I'm 100% sure, Again you'll have to wait for 5-10 minutes for your order.
The biryani was salty, and it seems the hotel authorities didn't taste it before serving it to the customers. I personally felt insulted, and it appears they don't value their customers.
I'm not sure what kind of chicken pieces were in the biryani, but they all seemed to be boiled with a very small quantity of rice. Please improve the quantity of rice and preparation. Don't simply add excessive masalas. This is a big hotel, and I did not expect so much masala in the biryani. I felt like I was sitting in a 3-star hotel and eating roadside biryani.
Please offer refreshments when placing the bill on the table. How could they forget such a thing? Is this how you treat your customers? Not good; it's really disrespectful.
I won't suggest anyone go there and have a bad experience. I went twice, and both times I was disappointed.
HIGHLY NOT...
Read moreThis place is good. We accidentally got into this place, after our actual place of interest didn't work. Ambience -good. Interiors - good, expensive. The central AC is chilly, you might want to get a jacket if you don't like cold.
Food - I found it fine, could have been a better experience if the first thing I ordered wasn't bland. If you're here do not try their cream of mushroom soup, I didn't like it all. I've had better soups at smaller restaurants than them. This was a total disappointment. For starters I tried lemon fish - which was good. Not too sour, spicy enough to beat it, well cooked. Next, we had Garlic Paneer, and some dish of chana, both were good. For main course, we ordered Meethi Malai and some Paneer dish with garlic naan, it served fine. It wasn't anything outrageous for me to exaggerate.
It's a bit of an expensive restaurant, so anything you buy is priced more than you would hope for, and more than the actual cost is. Is it worth it? - it's good for a one time deal, atleast for someone like me, who doesn't like to eat much outside. If you're looking for fone dining, you could...
Read moreThis is one of the most overrated and unexpectedly one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. The staff was rude and not at all friendly. It got reflected by the way they talked to us. The food was unexpectedly so bland and unflavourful, we first ordered the old style chilli paneer which was just some fried cottage cheese with loads of chilli ( absolutely not recommended). Next we had the sizzler which was meant to be piping hot but the sizzler was not even properly warmed, even the cabbage present at the base was completely raw. When we complained the manager about it he told us he would serve us another one at free of cost but he didn't and started arguing with us at the time of the payment. In main course we had some Paneer Tikka Masala which was completely overpowered with the flavour of onions and was very sweet. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because of its poor hospitality. The way they spoke to us and the way they treated us was not what we were paying for. Absolutely overrated, very slow service and the worst hospitality...
