Had been a big follower of this place whenever i visit nagpur make sure to visit this place, however had a horrendous experience this time the chef handed over my dish to another customer saying that i did not give him the coupon, when i reached the place there was not a single customer and the billing person had placed the order and the chef started preparing the dish and never asked for bill, i waited for 15 mins and went to take the order, chef prepared the plate and gave it to another customer stating that i did not give bill, frustrated i asked for refund and the shameless guy on billing counter gave me back the cash, this might be a good place taste wise however people here have sadakchap attitude and no respect for customer, pity that such places are...

I am frequent visitor to Veeraswamy since it started at Nagpur.Food Quality is Ultimate, 100%pure South Indian, but this time not Happy with Experience at Distribution Counter this time,quite unruly, attitude wise the person was.What happened is I ordered Masala Dosa 5+1in quantity for take away home and handed over the container bought by me from home, to distribution staff namely Mr. John,he took it from me poured Sambar in it, I just asked will it be sufficient, immediately he poured out angrily the same in big container and handed over to another staff and asked him to do the job. Poor food quality and unprofessional service. I was served an undercooked vada which was clearly raw inside. When I brought this to their attention, instead of addressing the issue, the counter staff became argumentative and insisted that's how the vada is supposed to be. They were dismissive and rude, even making inappropriate comments about South Indian cooking methods. The staff's behavior was completely unprofessional - rather than acknowledging the problem with the undercooked food, they chose to argue with a customer.
