I have booked 2 rooms in panorama hotel and paid all in advanced a week before our stay. I have reconfirmed from OYO 3128 Panorama hotel for our booking.We have visited Nainital on 28may and reached hotel in morning around 8Am. But hotel staff was not allowing me to check-in. They were telling that the booking has been done with low cost and hotel can't give room. Rooms are available and you can cancel the booking from OYO and stay with payment of 4000/ extra(5400/already paid so tatal - 9400/). We have called 4 times OYO customer care but have not got proper response and Oyo was keep cutting our calls in between. After 2hrs we thought not to spoil and waste our time more and paid 4000/ extra in cash and stayed there. The rooms were too small and not maintained. Absolutely worst experience from OYO 3128 Panorama hotel. Hotel staff was keep on discussion with someone and updating our conversation in their local language, it was seems like a conspiracy was going on for taking more money even prior booking from customer. Suggestions for future Customer-- Don't book tickets through OYO as they won't support at ground and they have financial gap with Hotels (Even hotel staff told that 28% तो OYO रख लेगा हमें बचेगा ही क्या)

Our driver took a while to find this and then we had a long, long climb up lots of worn stairs. The entrance to the hotel should have given us more than an inkling as to the condition. Nevertheless we continued on to the "reception" which was a room the size of a toilet with a tiny desk and someone who could not speak any English. We were taken down further stairs to our family room. On entering the room there was a single bed, so we wanted to know where the 2nd bedroom was. Down stairs in the corner. The bannister was rickety and dangerous to say the least. Down into a dungeon of a room with a toilet that was not fit to be used. We very quickly climbed out of there and phoned Booking.com and said that we would not stay there and we were lucky enough to have them on our side and we did not have to pay anything. No co-ordination between oyo and hotel owner, i pre booked the room through oyo app, but later when i when visited hotel for checkin, they denied us, although i had already made complete online payment, they told we are not accepting oyo booking because some payment disputes is going on with oyo team from last 2-3 months. If you still want to check in, then you have to again make Cash payment of 1000 Rupees, which was 30% more than actual online price of the hotel , Later i asked about refund for that also they said you have to contact Oyo team yourself, we cant help. Because of all this i had to wait 30/40 mins outside , my checkin got delayed. Adding to that , its been 2 days i have raised the concern abt my refund with oyo team ,Still i am yet to receive the refund.
