Hotel Abhishek — Hotel in Nashik

Hello,||We had seen this hotel online, the person on phone is very kind. He helped me in planning trip too. ||||When we reached there, we found that the Hotel is centrally located Panchavati Area, near Panchavati Karanja. There is no actually place to park your four wheeler. Near hotel, they arranged to park our car. Only 2 Cars can be parked, one behind other, so if the other person wants to go, we have to come down from room, take our car back, then he can take his car. Anyways, but the hotel is very nicely located near Ram Kund, Sita Gumpha, Kapaleshwar Temple, Shree Kalaram Mandir, etc.all are just in walkable distance (500m- 600 m),||||Now, about the rooms.- Rooms are small but comfortable for 1 couple or with a kid also. Rooms were neat, clean and tidy. our room was having Balcony which is road facing so it was little bit noisy in the room. Toiletries were provided by Hotel. Toilets were also cleaned. Small cockroaches were found in both room and toilet. Management should take urgent action. Mosquitos were also there, 'All Out' was given but it didn't 'Work Out'. ;-)||||Staff is kind, polite and helpful. Room service is available for Tea, Coffee and food, etc. But there is also a Hotel Pancharatna which is 2 mins walk from hotel, which is really good than this hotel's restaurant.||||Summary, The Hotel is really a budget and nice. Centrally located, many temples in Nashik are near from this hotel. Staff is very helpful. We can not get such a good hotel in this rate. But the management should look for a car parking and Pest Control...

Please never book this hotel online, without checking rooms. I had multiple complaints about this hotel, the receptionist was very unprofessional and was laughing when I shown him multiple issues (torn and stained bedsheets and pillow cover, mold and mildew into the room, old musty smell due to fungus and dirty washroom) he asked me to pay more money to get a better room. And goibibo also did not help with anything. I ended up paying 1700 rupees for hotel which doesn't even have 2 star facilities. however the hotel owner was available that time and he spoke very politely. As per him the room fare was only 850 if you book directly and goibibo shows 1400 for same room. And I expected a hotel in that range would have decent rooms hence I booked ot. So goibibo was main culprit here as they hike the fare without even looking at the rooms quality. They are compromising with customers' safety and wellbeing. Hotel staff and owner except receptionist were polite...

Avoid Hotel Abhishek – Nightmare Stay

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff! The counter person argued unnecessarily, refused to verify documents via email, demanded soft copies on WhatsApp, and wouldn’t give his name. Even the police were shocked by their absurd rules and offered to print documents themselves, which the hotel refused.

The room was filthy: garbage outside, possible bed mites in bedsheets and pillows, no drinking water, and misleading checkout times designed to trap guests. Staff chatted loudly early morning, making rest impossible.

Management appeared to support all these practices, so I avoided them. I only survived because I had online payment proof and requested a GST invoice.

Friendly advice: other nearby hotels are far safer, cleaner, and more professional. Avoid putting your family at the mercy of this chaos.
