Very bad food, very rude staff, bad managemet, dirty service, and zero satisfaction. Today we ordered chicken murgh muslam and 4 butter rotis. After eating the first 2-3 pieces, I realized that they have served mutton instead of chicken. They promptly took our plates away. In which there were 2 rotis of which 2-3 pieces were broken initially, they also took them. We don't eat mutton because it hurts our body. We did not complain or dispute with them at all. Having such an experience with murgh musslam, we asked for butter chicken, instead of murgh mussalam. but, He refused for butter chicken. Still we humbly accepted the chicken murgh mussalam they brought again. we ordered 2 butter rotis again, as they took the slightly broken 2 butter rotis with the mutton plate that was mistakely served by them on the first order. At the time of billing, they added a total of six rotis to the bill. We politely told them that 2 to 3 pieces of the initial 2 rotis, were broken which their waiter took away with the wrongly received mutton plate.

So instead of first 2 rotis,we asked for two more rotis.

The waiter asked us to pay for six rotis. So we called the manager. So the manager replied that the "waiter and you (customer) should see what they are doing together". Which was very unprofessional, rude and stupid. In the end we refused to pay for the two rotis that came with the return along with the wrong mutton plate and left after paying the other bill less.

The overall arrangement of the hotel, the misbehavior of the staff working there, rudeness in speech, unhelpful role of the manager, and most importantly the tasteless quality of the food, overall disgusted me with this arrangement while...

The food here is absolutely disgusting. We ordered service, and it arrived cold and unappetizing. The fries were stale, and the salad was wilted like it had been sitting out for hours. When we complained to the staff, they were dismissive and unapologetic. We decided to try the hotel restaurant hoping for a better experience, but the service was even worse. The waiter was rude and took forever to bring our drinks, and when the food finally arrived, it was bland and rotten. It was clear they don't care about customer satisfaction. The staff acted like they couldn't be bothered to provide even the most basic level of service. Definitely not...

First of all I would really like to appreciate the attentiveness of the owner (Mr Akash Sharma) and his ability to multitask and handle things smoothly. Coming to the Taste of food it's delicious they take 15-20 mins to serve that hot and delicious food. We were 5 members 3 of whom were Non vegetarians and The suggestions by the owner did reduce the time between ordering the food and getting it to the table.
