Modern setup serving traditional and authentic Maharashtrian food along with North Indian selections. Before diving into the details, I would like to thank the entire team for their Hospitality and service. What we tried is as below:-
• From the Appetizers
1] Tandoori Lollypop:- A lip smacking chicken starter marinated in yogurt, generously spiced and then cooked in the clay oven for a smoky and roasty flavor. [MUST TRY]
2] Chicken Kalimiri Kebab :- A delicious and flavorful chicken tikka marinated mildly with yogurt, spices and black pepper. Soft kebab melting in mouth with flavors of Black Pepper.
3] Bombil Rawa Fry:- An iconic stature in the seafood cuisine of Maharashtra- Bombil or Bombay Duck is a crispy fried preparation using Semolina and Rice-Flour it attains a crisp exterior with soft and buttery texture inside. [BEST PICK]
The Appetizers had distinct flavors according to the preparation style. It took a while for the Appetizers to be served but was happy with the quality and taste.
• From the Main Course
1] Chicken Malvani Thali:- Traditional thali setup serving Chicken malvani curry, Chicken fry, Kheema, Malvani Rassa accompanied with Rice bhakri/chapati/roti, Rice, Salad and Thecha. [GIVE A TRY]
2] Chicken Biryani:- A delicious savory rice dish that is loaded with spicy marinated chicken, caramelized onions, and flavorful saffron rice served along with Dhai kanda & Roasted Papad. [MUST TRY]
The thali had multiple option to select as per your palate:-Kolhapuri/Malvani/Kahrda/Taska/Kala. I decided was try Malvani thali However, if you observe only the Main dish curry varies rest all the dishes remains the same. Loved the taste but the preparation was not served hot which need to be kept in mind. The biryani was juicy, moist and flavorsome, the portion size was smaller as the pot had chunks of chicken with occupied the most of space leading to a reduced portion of rice. If you like Maharashtrian cuisine you can give a try.
• Form the Dessert At the end finished my meal with the super creamy French dessert :- Caramel Custard. Love the silky-smooth texture with a creamy caramel layer on the top. [GIVE A...
