I recently booked a hotel for friends who were visiting from out of India. I was a bit nervous about how their experience would be, but I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome! The hotel they stayed at exceeded their expectations and left them with great memories of their stay. Firstly, they were really impressed with the hotel rooms. They found them to be spacious, clean, and well-decorated. They mentioned that the beds were comfortable and they had a great night’s sleep. The hotel had all the amenities they needed and more. The breakfast was a highlight of their stay! They raved about how delicious and tasty it was. They especially enjoyed the variety of options available and that there was something for everyone. They were grateful to start their day off so well-fed. But the standout aspect of their stay was the staff behavior. They found everyone to be friendly, caring, and attentive. They felt welcomed and valued as guests. The staff made sure they had everything they needed and went out of their way to accommodate them. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My stay here on 3rd October was nothing short of a nightmare. Here’s why:

Poor Service & Absurd Charges: They charged an outrageous 100 bucks for every bottle of water—seriously, just for basic water! Air Conditioning Disaster: The AC in our room stopped working in the middle of the night. We called for help, but no one answered, leaving us sweating through the night. When we finally got a response in the morning, they told us the maintenance guy wasn’t available, so we had to switch rooms. In the new room, the AC failed again, forcing us to change rooms a third time before finally finding one with a working AC. Ridiculous. Unreasonable Cleaning Fees & Rude Management: At check-out, they tried to charge us extra for a food stain on the bedsheet. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels and even worked in hospitality—never once have I seen such charges for something that’s supposed to be cleaned anyway. When I tried explaining this to the manager, Devendra, he raised his voice, which was unprofessional and inappropriate. His assistant, Pratiksha, was rude and disrespectful too. Their attitudes were nowhere near the standards of a hospitality business.

This time in mumbai very worst & worst experience on shappire boutique hotel. Me & my wife stay for 9 days offical work already informed to shappire hotel but at that time 8th day I am in office meeting outside navi mumbai my wife in hotel,hotel management said to my wife again & again you have to leave this room or shift to other higher price room. Only I need to stay one night next day morning check out the room but shappire hotel management said no you have to leave this room due to other customer stay on this room that's why. I m in outside navi mumbai offical work Immediately i come to hotel, hotel management said you have check out room with few moments. Shappire hotel reception management staff rudely behavior, he don't know how to talk customer. Room are also small but ok. In washroom area insects and cockroach seen sometime. When you asked for hand towel that time hotel staff said still laundry not available evening time laundry will come will give you but that time you have to asked then provide only one sometime not given. Housekeeping staff are good but management staff are not good behavior. This was my very very horrible experience in shappire boutique hotel.
