Dear Owner,
I am writing to share my recent disappointing experiences at BSE Belapur. As a loyal customer who has regularly visited your establishments in Bandra, Chembur, and Belapur, I have always appreciated the great service and hospitality. However, my recent visits to the Belapur branch have been far from satisfactory.
Previously, under the old staff (before New Year 2025), the service was excellent—professional, welcoming, and attentive. However, the new management and staff have drastically changed the atmosphere for the worse. On multiple occasions, including last Saturday, my friends and I were treated poorly. Unlike before, when Rahil (bouncer) and Vikas (manager) welcomed everyone warmly, the current staff now behaves rudely and dismissively.
For instance:
When we inquired about seating, we were waved off rudely, told there were no tables available, despite visibly vacant ones. No effort was made to check or accommodate us. The behavior of the new manager and bouncers was disrespectful, making us feel unwelcome as if we were some random troublemakers rather than regular patrons. Many of your loyal customers are now choosing other clubs like Daddy due to this treatment, and I believe BSE Belapur risks losing even more customers if this continues. Additionally, I want to highlight serious hygiene concerns. I have recorded a video of a cockroach roaming on a table and wall, which I am willing to share if necessary. Hygiene should be a priority in any hospitality business, and I strongly urge you to address this issue immediately.
Lastly, an incident at the entrance further reflected the unprofessionalism of the new staff. I was carrying a sealed water bottle, which I was asked to leave at the entrance. Upon leaving, I asked for my bottle back, only to find that it had been used. When I confronted them, they laughed and tried to hand me the same bottle. Such behavior is completely unacceptable.
If you wish to verify my identity, you can ask Rahil, Naveen, or Vikas—they all know me as Sana. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate action to restore the quality service that once made BSE a preferred choice for many.
Looking forward to your response.

I had been hearing a lot about The Bar Stock Exchange in CBD Belapur, so I decided to check it out with a group of friends. The concept of a bar where the prices of drinks fluctuate based on demand was intriguing, and I was hoping for a fun and unique experience.
However, my experience at The Bar Stock Exchange was far from disappointing. The first thing I noticed was that the place was incredibly crowded and noisy. We had to wait over an hour to get a table, and even then we were seated in a corner right next to the speakers.
The second problem was the service. Our waiter was clearly overwhelmed, and it took him over 20 minutes to take our drink order. Once we finally placed our order, it took another 30 minutes to get our drinks.
The food was also disappointing. We ordered a variety of appetizers and main courses, but nothing was particularly memorable. The nachos were soggy, the fries were limp, and the burgers were overcooked.
The only thing I enjoyed about my experience at The Bar Stock Exchange was the novelty of the drink pricing system. It was interesting to see how the prices of drinks changed throughout the night based on demand. However, the novelty quickly wore off, and I was left feeling disappointed with the overall experience.
Here are some specific things that I disliked about The Bar Stock Exchange:
The place was too crowded and noisy. The service was slow and inefficient. The drink prices were too high, even during happy hour.
Overall, I would not recommend The Bar Stock Exchange to anyone. There are plenty of other bars in CBD Belapur that offer better food, drinks, and service.
Recommendation: If you are looking for a fun and unique bar experience in CBD Belapur, I would recommend checking out some of the other...
Read moreA Horrible Experience Overshadowed by Illegal Service Charge Pressure!!!!
My experience here was unfortunately tainted from the service that was appalling and ultimately illegal.
Upon ordering our food and drinks, we were pressured aggressively to pay the service charge. We were informed that it was mandatory, despite being aware of the law stating service charges are strictly optional in the person who took the order and after this the manager became insistent and argumentative, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
This blatant disregard for customer rights and blatant violation of the law is unacceptable. No amount of charm or ambiance can make up for such bullying tactics and disrespect. We refused to be coerced and decided to leave the restaurant without placing an order.
This experience left us feeling frustrated, disappointed, and frankly, angry. No one should be subjected to such pressure and intimidation when trying to enjoy a meal out. Restaurants are bound by the law, and forcing customers to pay service charges is nothing short of illegal.
I urge others to be aware of their rights and refuse to be bullied into paying service charges. If you encounter similar behavior, report it to the relevant authorities. (FYI - I have filed a case with evidence )
I strongly advise against visiting BSE at Belapur CBD until they rectify their illegal practices and learn to treat customers with respect. There are plenty of other restaurants in this region that offer delicious food and excellent service without...
