Hotel Vashi Inn — Hotel in Navi Mumbai

Rooms are dirty and stinking. Lot of cockroaches. Cleanliness is not there. Only Room service boys are helpful. There is no fixed tariff, everything differs at various intervals. Very difficult for a family to stay. Thali meals are not served properly on a plate. We were surprised to see food is packed in polythene and handed over I the room. Proper drinking glass, fridge, napkin, tea,coffee sachets is missing. Bedsheets are dirty and they do not change unless insisted upon. Before going into the room one should see if basic necessities are available. With great difficulty we spent 2 days. Hope good sense prevails. Bill for 2 days was not given, they told it will be sent on whatsapp....

I will not suggest to go this hotel please check problems happened with me are below 1 breakfast timing is not certain 2 if you forget anything while checkout they will not support you . 3 if you booked this hotel from any online site they will not give you invoice and handle this situation will waste so much of your time these all things happened with me so from my side i will never every go in this hotel if anyone not statisfied from my feedback i can provide you the proofs Thank you other depends on your personal experience after this happened with me I request my company and my friend circle to black...

I didn’t stay in this hotel and the reception people are not refunding the money. I booked this hotel from so called makemytrip app and after reaching I realised that it’s a OYO. I went inside and realised that there are cockroaches inside. On discussion with makemytrip asking to change the hotel, I got to know from the reception that the booking has been cancelled. Insteas I booked ginger and stayed there. Now the hotel staff is saying that it was not cancelled and they’re not bothering to join a conference call with me...
