Disappointing Dining Experience – Never Returning!

I visited this restaurant two nights ago while cruising the area, tempted to try it despite some negative online reviews. The place had a shady vibe with dim lighting, and the AC section was nearly empty. Since liquor tastes the same everywhere, I was hoping for some tasty food to make up for the average ambiance.The menu was hard to read due to poor lighting, so I used my phone torch and was disappointed to find my favorite Tandoori Chicken Lollipops missing. The lone waiter, who seemed disinterested (and more focused on regular customers), assured me they could prepare it even though it wasn’t on the menu. I specifically requested it to be tender and juicy, just like how I’ve had it elsewhere. After a long wait, what arrived was a shocking disappointment—BURNT, dry, chewy, and barely edible. Out of eight pieces, only two were somewhat decent, while the rest were tiny, rubbery, and overcooked (see attached images). The waiter casually smiled and said, "That’s how it’s made here." At that point, I should have walked out and complained, but after a tiring day, I just wanted a chilled beer and decent starters—neither of which I got. The only saving grace was the spices, but that’s hardly enough to redeem this disaster. Horrible food, terrible service, and an overall underwhelming experience.
