Hotel Azulo Inn — Hotel in New Delhi

PROS: Location was very near to Sarojini Nagar and all central Delhi sites were within a 15/20min cab ride. The rooms were quite decent and big. One big plus is that they allow doorstep delivery of food from popular FoodApps like Zomato and Swiggy so you can have food of your choice. This is a big plus if you are travelling in a group or with a large family. They also allowed us for a late check out on a nominal fee and that helped us a lot during delhi summers. For a decent budget accommodation this place is amazing. Room Service was also excellent.

CONS: Some of the bedding was not great but rest of the stay was comfortable. We reached the place late at night and the lane gets barricaded by police so you need to walk for 50mtrs, which might be a hassle to some but not the...

The only pro about this hotel is its location. Apart from that following are the cons:

Not worth money the hotel charges. Staff not very cooperative and hospitable. Toiletries advertised are negligible. Towel only on demand. Exorbitant F&B. No air purifier (even though listed as one of its amenities). Not very clean room. No laundry services (even though listed as one of its amenities). Tap n shower poor water flow. Charges 3 times the MRP on water.

I stayed at Azulo Inn for 15 days as part of a corporate booking, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was extremely efficient and cooperative, making the entire stay seamless and comfortable.

A special mention to their in-house dining – it was truly a highlight! I had most of my meals here every single day, and the food quality, variety, and consistency were simply outstanding.
