I would rate the Hauz Khas ruins as one of the nicest places to visit in delhi.this place is wonderful.lots to see here. hauz khas tank in hauz khas village was built by Allauddin Khilji in 13th century.it is inside deer park.in this park apart from ducks you will get to see variety of birds,peacocks,deers etc.even you can feed the birds and ducks.good place for morning/evening walk. adjucent to deer park is Feroz Shah Tomb.half km away from deer park there is a beautiful Lord Jagganath mandir.and few meters from it is the green park market...good place to hang out.Its quiet and a really scenic place with a lovely lake right in the centre. Good place for a picnic.There are plenty of boutiques and galleries, including some very interesting with original pieces. Priced at more upmarket but not really expensive. Restaurants and cafes are also the service here is consistently good...
