I visited the restaurant today with a friend around 5:30 pm. I have been a loyal customer for years, but today's experience was extremely disappointing. When I requested extra rice from the waiter, he informed me that they only serve a single portion and do not offer additional servings. Surprised by this policy, I offered to pay extra for more rice. The waiter consulted the lady at the counter, who instructed him to deny my request.

The irony is that they were serving extra rice to the people sitting across from us. This made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. I never expected to be discriminated as a customer in a dining establishment like this. This level of service is unacceptable.
