Avoid this hotel at all costs, especially if you’re traveling with family. The rooms are filled with a persistent cigarette smell, making the environment extremely unpleasant. Basic amenities like towels and soap are not provided by default, and even after repeated requests, they handed us unwashed towels. The washrooms are unclean, and most rooms have non-functional geysers. After arguing with the owner for over an hour, we were given access to a different room with a working geyser solely for bathing purposes.

The staff’s behavior is unacceptable, and the service provided is far from the value of the amount charged. The rooms reek of alcohol and cigarette smoke, creating an unsuitable atmosphere for families. The owner shows no accountability for the facilities despite the charges.
