Hotel Vivah Residency — Hotel in Paschim Vihar

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Please have a look at pictures i have posted. No proper room service. Bathroom was smelly and bad like no one ever cleaned it in ages. There was dust on tv and everywhere. AC controller was not working so they didn't even fix it, asked me to call in reception to start and stop from the main supply. They charge 100rs for milk for small 250ml bottle. Lift was too slow and doesn't respond properly. No one come to clean room or take garbage or change bedsheet they are in their own. A very disappointing stay. Basic amenities were not there like, bathroom stuffs (Soap, toilet paper etc) . Supplied only one towel for double bed occupency room. Quality of Towel was too bad, torned. No door mats outside of bathroom, no slippers, no hot water kettle. Dish Box hanging over the TV. Plants were full of mud, never saw any cleaning. Its a very bad experience staying in this hotel.rooms are not cleaned , washroom is in bad condition you have to choose from 5 washroom than u will find one good. Too much mosquito are there iam unable to sleep all the night,the staff is very rude.u can not ask them for anything because they dont listen for any requirement..
