Oasis Baklawa — Restaurant in Paschim Vihar

Used to be a regular customer for cakes, pastry and snacks. Now i have decided never turn back to this place just because i feel they are no more in customer service and staff is getting rude and disrespuctful to customers. The worst part is even manager in store thinking that he is owner and instead of apologising , he tries to cover his staff. Few days agao i posted a reveiw on zomota and surprising they do even bother to reply that review wher as when you post positive they reply thanks for that.

I would request people around to think before discussing and opting out this place for thier special events order. As thier business grows they have mind set of being bigger...

One of the bakery for the sweet tooth. They would love this place, as it comprises of all the desserts, biscuits, chocolates and whatever you need to satisfy your cravings. In addition they have lots of baked ranges be it pizza, pasta, garlic breads, drinks or whatever to desire for is served here. This place is good for kids with amazing seatings. Always worth the money. The ambiance of this bakery is adorable. If visited once then you’ll become the regular customer for sure like me. As I’m visiting here since the day it was opened. Best pav bhajji is served here, being an Indian we all have such cravings right?? Then don’t forget to visit this...

I received my order from oasis almost half hour ago in paschim vihar only via zomato, regretfuly out of the complete order corn patty was pukable unfresh sticky in texture smelling bad like days old, mushroom patty too, burger bun was unfresh, kids had to have them. They served throwable food, likely they do it on online platforms as they refund back the customer silently or the customer shall put a review at the max. This was horrible experience that too with such an established unit. Shameful

But this time its gonna b hard for you. I have food left with me, cant even put...
