Blue Waves HomeStay — Hotel in Puducherry

We spent two nights at Blue Waves and it was a lovely stay. We were warmly welcomed by Viji in her homestay.

The room was very beautiful, very clean and the bed really comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and the quietness of the place. The apartment is above the family home, it is shared with another room and has a kitchen with a fridge, filtered water, a kettle and a hob to heat up dishes or cook eggs.

The house is ideally located, 10 minutes walk from the White Town. The residents of the neighborhood are very friendly and we felt very welcome.

Don’t hesitate to contact Viji directly by whatsapp, and don’t use BOOKING who take too much commission.

The highlight of this place is the lovely owner. Viji is a sweet woman who showed generous hospitality and will do everything to help you during your stay. ❤️

We had a pleasant one-day stay at this lovely two-bedroom flat near the beach. Each bedroom comes with its own attached washroom, which was a great convenience for our family. The space also includes a comfortable living area and a functional kitchen, perfect for relaxing or preparing light meals.

Check-in and check-out were smooth with standard timings (12 PM to 11 AM). The owner was extremely friendly and professional, going out of her way to ensure our stay was hassle-free. She even provided helpful guidance whenever we needed it.

At first, the surrounding area might feel a bit sketchy, but it's easy to get used to—and once you do, you’ll appreciate how peaceful and close it is to the beach. Overall, it was definitely worth the money we paid, and I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a simple, comfortable beachside stay.

I must say, the best accommodation you could get at the lowest price possible is here and that too nearby Rock Beach (hardly 2km).

Our Host (viji) and her parents were the best part of the HomeStay. They were so caring and treated us like homies. We arrived 5 hours before our check-in time and guess what we were accommodated in their house until the previous guest left and gave us the amenities that guest would have ever expected.

Our Host was proactive in arranging us everything you need in a trip ( from Bike Rentals, Autos & Sightseeing Spots) and went a step forward in suggesting us the restaurants which fits in our budget..

If you are clueless on what's best, just ask her she'll give the best suggestions according to your fesability...
