Visited Chili's recently and had an amazing experience! The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service by Devi. From the moment we entered, Devi greeted us with a warm smile. She was polite, friendly, and very attentive throughout. Her menu suggestions were spot on and helped us decide quickly. Devi made sure our table was always clean and well set. She kept checking in without being intrusive — perfect timing! We were impressed with her knowledge of the menu items. She even remembered our previous visit and preferences! Our food arrived on time and exactly as we ordered. She ensured our drinks were refilled without us asking. Her positive energy made our dinner feel extra special. Even when it got a bit crowded, Devi stayed calm and cheerful. She handled everything with a professional attitude. Her service added a personal touch to our meal. We truly felt like valued guests, not just customers. She even offered dessert options with a friendly smile. Devi clearly takes pride in her work — it shows! Ordered Tandoori Chicken, Barbeque Pepper Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, Cheese Naan and Fresh Lime juice (ordered a soda but got a juice). All the dishes were good and yummy except the issue with Barbeque Pepper Chicken. The taste of the BBQ was actually good and it was really juicy and tender as well. But, the issue was that one of the pieces was undercooked and could see the blood stains from one side of it. On informing the manager, he politely apologised and suggested a replacement. But, we were already full by then and I politely rejected the offer with a feedback. He also discounted Fifty bucks from the total bill, without even asking. Kind & responsible gesture IMO. Naan and Tandoori were fabulous together and their Mayonnaise was awesome too. Ambience was not that great but has nice air conditioning. Staff was helpful and courteous. Overall: Would definitely visit again and not hope for such issues again. Reduced a star for the undercooked thing only. PS: Forgot to click pics of this place as was too famished...
