Bouvana Residency — Hotel in Puducherry

My stay with family on 23/24 Feb. First of all this is not a 🌟 hotel, don't get confused or misguided by seeing 3 🌟 in few websites. PROS: Decent rooms with AC running even when you lock A separate geyser which you can switch on as per need ( no timings as such ) Well responding staff ( just a little nervous ) CONS: Surrounded by lots of small shops and eateries, so you always here some noise ( if you are wishing for a peaceful stay,then decide ) 1 to 1.4km distance to rock beach, manakula Vinayagar temple / ashram. Took 20 mins to reach by walk They do not offer (inclusively) - water bottle, dental kit, coffee ?#( they have two coffee mugs but no coffee power or kettle to make one for your self) Pillows are very thin, had to ask for extra pillows but got only one and was denied for asking more The bed is on the harder side,if you are expecting memory foam then no No kitchen- hence any thing starting from tea or coffee will take more time Entrance of the place is not as expected as other hotels Note: there is construction going on in the first floor, hence you will experience a lot of construction during the day time ( if I estimate is close then it might get completed by two months from now ) No dedicated car parking, had to park mine in the side of the road.

You can walk to ram international ( veg only) for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which is 5 ?mins walk from hotel. I took all 3frim there.

Otherwise decent for family to stay,...

I won't never recommend this hotel to anyone this is my honest review I had a bad experience from the hotel especially the lady at the reception was very arrogant and people will change from time to time initially at check in time they don't have any special rules or any instructions from the management especially regarding the rooms and services or extra charges but everything arise at the time of check out some extra bills..I was on my periods and a little blood stain was there on the bed and it's a common thing and it's only a washable thing but the management created a scene and they charged 651 from me and said they won't clean the bedsheets what we understand is they are using the same bedsheets for every guest and the way she talked to me is very arrogant and so inhumane it literally means I do this in an intentional way ..so never ever choose this worst residency especially their bathroom was very unhygienic even they didn't accept that they were trying to blame us for every thing..so geedy and money minded management don't choose this .. especially ladies .I think they all don't have mensuration or for them that is...

The worst residency in pondicherry. They are just money minded people who are trying to snatch a hefty money from the customers by putting unnecessary rules while we vacat. We had a stay in this bloody place, during the last day when we were about to vacat, the creepy lady came to the room and asked to vacat immediately otherwise they were gonna charge extra money and once we left the room, this same devil came again to the room and there was a bit of blood stains in the bed. She immediately charged 650 without any shame. Once we enquired they told this same bed and sheets will be given to the next customer without washing, we were shocked to here this as we also stayed in the same bed sheets used by some other person. Hygiene is just zero and a free source of disease spreading is also waiting for the customers.The management is worst and the receptionist lady with her creepy attitude made us insecure and they were just acting like goons to get the money. So whenever you visit pondy , for godsake please don't go to this bloody...
