Unfortunately i checked in yesterday where as then all looked fine on first sight however |No drinking water I mean not even a bottle leave aside breakfast etc.. well this is minor with what I had to discover in a few hours ||I kept my luggage about 1 pm organised my day and left in couple of hours for lunch and work and came back about 7 pm or 7 30 pm |On my return after a tyring day at evening when i open my door to my disbelief i see cockroaches running around on the bed the table & nearly everywhere along with small mosquito type bugs so called up the reception and house keeping guy who got a hit and removed the visible ones |Soon more cockroaches emerged and I called up the hotel guys again who offered me the other room |How ever as the staff opened the other room it was similar position with cockroaches moving around |On which I requested my money back as I will not be able to sleep on a bed where cockroaches keep coming up on you every few minutes |The staff called up the manager or owner who I spoke to but in a way refused he refused the refund of 1500 and offered maximum 500 cash back if I left the room ... with which I could not even get a dormitory bed around ||So grounded here had to sleep the night over which i could not all night I was awake due to the dampness smell ||.. I tried my best but no sleep in dingy smelly room and in a couple of hours at about 1 am midnight when I switch on the lights again I see cockroaches crawling on the towels this time |Somehow I manage to 5 am and even before daylight I leave the place as in this time of Covid etc this hotel stay was certainly a terrible mistake |To the owners or management id say get the pest control done remove the Damm pillow covers and see the fungus type pathetic dirty pillows beneath clean your backyard remove the stuff you kept in your storage beds |Clean up or close your kitchen |Learn hospitality as you are in hospitality business |Talking about refund it's only a minor thing .its seems you are cheating guests here by not providing basic cleanliness |please try and sleep yourself in your room 102 or even 101 ||Check your pest control |A very dirty verandah A stinky kitchen Pillows with fungus...

Vinny from Bestow Inn came to the rescue.||||The rooms are basic with ensuite shower room but very clean and reasonably priced. It is in a quiet road but handy for the main street. Vinny could not have been more helpful. The ATM and wine store were less than a 10 minute walk and Vinny also recommended a wonderful dosa place to eat (within a walkable distance) called Rajput Dairy which was excellent.||||All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. If you want a sensibly priced place to stay in a good area of Pune consider Bestow Inn as an option. The care taker is very rude since the minute we checked in. The Rooms are dirty, bed sheets were not changed, there were no cleaning in the room. Their reception phone doesn't work. They have Rooms available on the 3rd and 4th floor but there is no LIFT in it. And the caretaker won't even help you shift your luggage to the room. No Food service as well. They Ask For Affront Payment so that they can give you worst service afterwards. Do Not Go With This Property.
