I always enjoy German Bakery experience and whenever I come to Pune, I have always look forward for the same. Today my experience was very weird and extremely saddening. An expact lady who had been coming to German Bakery for many years (totally admire her patronage), got triggered by moving of a chair and post that kept mumbling and getting angry at me (I was seated with a colleague at the adjoining table). I did apologize to her for the noise and yet she kept making gestures and started gabbing my attention several times and expressing her anger. The staff made no effort to stop her, however, they explained to us that she is a loyal customer and is not in her right mind (after asking them, as it was getting very uncomfortable). They did stand there and ignored the issue, taking no initiative to absolve me of the discomfort.. Then I called for the manager and explained that it is not fair that after spending so much in a place like this we get this kind of experience. The fact that we have come to the bakery is to relax, de-stress and have some good food, and we pay a premium for it. Why that is not valued? However, to my disappointment, none of the staff tried to alleviate our discomfort not compensate in any way for the uneasy and a bit disturbing experience.
