During our recent 8-night stay at Bloom Hotel Koregaon Park, Bharat, a member of the reception staff, truly made our experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Bharat demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism and hospitality that greatly enhanced our visit.
Bharat's courteous nature was evident from the start. He handled our check-in process with efficiency and warmth, setting a positive tone for our stay. Throughout our time at the hotel, he consistently went above and beyond to assist us with any inquiries or requests, always with a friendly demeanor and a reassuring smile.
We would also like to give a special shoutout to Abbu, who was very friendly and contributed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
As for the hotel itself, we were pleased with several aspects: The hotel was consistently clean and tidy, making our stay pleasant. Rooms had less wardrobe space though. The service was slow at times, maybe because of lack of staff. The free snacks, tea, coffee station, and complimentary water were a nice touch. The hotel is located amidst the lush greenery of Koregaon Park and very near the main market of KP, with restaurants like Sante Spa, Gatti Chutney and even 24*7 stores, chemist shops etc conveniently nearby. However, we did find the price of the hotel to be on the higher side. It would be more reasonable if the rates were within the range of 2000 to 2500 INR per night. The breakfast was good, adding to the overall positive experience. We also ordered dal khichdi at their café, and it was quite good.
In conclusion, Bharat's professionalism, helpfulness, and warm demeanor significantly enhanced our experience at Bloom Hotel Koregaon Park. We are deeply grateful for their outstanding service and will fondly remember our stay because of...
Read moreIt’s a clean, modern and no frills hotel for that price point. Location was excellent and really close to the hotspots at koregaon park but yet in a wonderfully secluded quiet lane. The receptionists Bharat and Abu were very friendly and cooperative.
Points to note, the room I was staying in had a few issues like bathroom shelf absent, safe not opening etc which were not really solved well. Also queen bed rooms are more expensive but smaller than twin bed rooms which was very strange.
Also, the rooms are functional but very basic and small. Since it’s a newer hotel I didn’t mind. They have other buildings close by so no view as such too or much sunlight. If small rooms are an issue than avoid.
Breakfast spread was very limited so don’t expect the world. Just the basics. Plus point is they allow outside food delivery which was a huge plus point.
The hotel doesn’t have valet parking and it’s self park which is also hard as there is a tree right in the Center. However the guard Makar Dhwaj was very cooperative and even washed my...
Read moreI stayed at multiple Bloom properties - and loved their minimalist, yet fresh feel they bring to the otherwise boring business stays. But this Koregaon Park property hasn’t bloomed yet. Clearly.
No signature Citrus fragrance anywhere in the property. Lighting is dim. Entry to the room is through a dingy set of stairs. Like walking through a store room.
Housekeeping standards are poor, by Bloom standards. Who wants to see the dinner plates in the hallway at 8AM?
Room Service folks don’t pick calls for a long time, and they don’t call back. Restaurant / Cafe in bloom is always buzzing. This one put me to sleep. Music didn’t exist. More like a glorified hostel. Food lacks soul.
Location is good. The property is still better than many other hotel options, but this isn’t a ‘Bloom’ experience for me. I will be avoiding Bloom Koregaon park - at least for the next few...
