Hotel Royal Enclave Nana Peth — Hotel in Pune

The hotel is glass-tainted on the outside with the words Royal Enclave in glittering LED Strips. However once you enter it, all the supposed royalty is gone and what remains is a shady enclave. Firstly, the person at the reception is not a very courteous person. For your rooms upstairs you have to take a lift which is situated in a corridor having hardly-visited hardware and packers-and-movers shops , right next to a stinking bathroom. The tariff is high compared to the service provision about 900 for a night. The rooms are good enough if you have to stay for a few nights, and are out for most of the day, it's the hotel you would go to for a peaceful sleep. NEVER buy anything from the menu card as it is sky high pricing for poor quality and low quantity food. The surrounding locality is such that there are practically no restaurants offering hygienic good food. So for your dining plans look elsewhere. Worst hotel experience ever.Pathetic experience, please stay away from this hotel. This place is a COCKROACH EXHIBITION CENTRE.There is no maintenance done in the rooms since ages. I quote the property manager very casually saying "Covid ke time pe room band they, toh ab cockroach ka problem sirf aapke nahi, HAR EK ROOM MEI HAI".No room service, not even a glass of water provided.Fans don't work properly. Had to shift to a different room for that.Geysers don't work at all. I was literally told that geysers isn't working and there manager could do NOTHING about it. I was given buckets of hot water from outside.TV did not work.Switches don't work. Could hear speaking in a couple of switches, could not charge even my phone.The only pro is its close proximity to Dagadusheth Ganpati Mandir and M.G. Road.This was definately the worst hotel...
