My recent stay at hotel Parag was an absolute nightmare that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. I had made a pre-booking, and the receptionist assured me that the rooms would be priced between 1200-1500 rupees for 24 hours. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was shocked to learn that the price had suddenly jumped to 2000 rupees. Feeling trapped with no other options, I reluctantly booked the room, only to be greeted with a slew of horrific issues. The room itself was a disaster. It lacked proper locks, leaving me feeling unsafe and vulnerable throughout my stay. The bedsheet was dirty, the pillowcase felt like it hadn't been washed in months, and the bed itself was on the verge of collapsing. It was an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment that made it impossible to relax or get any rest. The overall cleanliness of the room was appalling. Everything appeared broken or in disrepair, giving the impression that the hotel had completely abandoned any efforts at maintenance. The room emitted a foul smell, likely due to poor ventilation and lack of proper cleaning practices. It was an unpleasant and distressing experience that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Perhaps the most distressing part of my stay was the receptionist's behavior. Not only did they overcharge me, but they also displayed a rude and unhelpful attitude. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction only added to the already dismal experience. The service boy, on the other hand, showed more decency and provided better assistance, which was a stark contrast to the receptionist's abysmal demeanor. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for a stay, especially for women. The overall conditions were not only disappointing but also created a genuinely scary and uncomfortable atmosphere. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodation that values cleanliness, safety, and respectful customer service.

Pillow and cots are torn and dirty which belong to the dustbin, no ventilation and rooms are visible to the corridor through windows no privacy. I have never seen such a low maintained dirty beds and pillows. Only the entrance is well designed and there was no dustbin, no soap dish available in bathroom. The manager was very rude.

Located in 2.5 km from the Pune junction. We paid 1500 rs for 4 person / day. The hotel looks okay for the price. However if you are going to roam and just to freshup and sleep .I would recommend to go with this. if you are a person who is looking for a posh type then it's not your choice . Any ways money matters

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The moment I stepped into the room, I was hit by a nauseating stench that lingered throughout my stay. It was utterly unbearable. The bathrooms were shockingly unclean, covered in black grime, with dust-coated floors that made me question the last time they were properly cleaned. The mattresses were rock-hard, and the yellowed bedsheets, complete with stains, were a disgrace. To top it all off, cobwebs hung ominously in the corners, adding to the overall sense of neglect. This hotel is a health hazard and should be avoided at all costs. Save yourself the discomfort and find a cleaner, more welcoming...

The rooms are small in size but enough for 2 people stay. Bathrooms are narrow with hot and cold water. Due to small and closely packed rooms, one can have suffocation if doors and windows are not opened up for some time. There is a canteen available in this hotel. Food is at the same MRP of a typical Indian Restaurants. The per night stay is around 1000 Rupees for double bed. Service was OK. The location is near Railway station (Around 1-2 KMs). So, reaching to any part in the city is no problem. It is best to get an OLA or UBER as Rickshaws charged very higher particularly when they see that you are new...
