I have been lucky enough to visit Pune, Maharashtra, India a few times. He welcomed me with a taste of their delicious food. I wanted to eat at a good place in Pune. My auto driver took me to this restaurant in Muslim area. The taste of my food is still in my mouth. Buffalo curry with extra cheese and special paratha. The buffalo meat was much tastier. the gravy was much more dense and very tasty to eat . The paratha tasted much more amazing, fried with the original desi ghee. And one thing in India is that onions are usually abundant everywhere. Onions are mildly sweet so can easily be eaten with anything and double the flavor.
