Kaya Clinic — Local services in Pune

The overall Kaya experience feels like more of a scam. I had taken full body laser hair reduction treatment, generally the reviews are shared after the completion of the treatment, they will request you on the very 1st day of the treatment begins. And they will keep on requesting you to put your reviews on Google (and maybe that's why we can see some positive reviews).. I conveyed to them, once the treatment is done n I'm fully satisfied with the it, I'll add my review. But, since then they started acting weird as if everything was just for reviews. Also, the doctor isn't warm enough to even hear your concerns, she asks to talk to the attendant (one who performs task as adviced by doctor). After paying this much amount you don't get a direct consultation from doctor which I felt is very wrong and unethical too.. I even took 5 peels for face and 4 q-switch laser sessions for face and neck, where I clearly mentioned that my neck area needs to be treated, they never said no until the money was paid and never treated neck area commenting it comes in nep and that I have not opted or paid for it.. I felt cheated. The overall feedback for Kaya e street is so bad that I would never like to visit again or would never recommend anyone to opt for Kaya treatment.

The funny part is that the doctor has suggested me to use salicylic acid facewash, salicylic acid scrub, salicylic acid toner and even salicylic acid serum all together, when my skin is not at all acne prone, resulting my face and neck to turn more darker than ever in my whole life time. Hi again Today is 4th Feb 2024 and again writing this review for kaya services. Had regenvue facial and had best experience again… facial done by Bhakti Kadam and message and over experience was superb. Facial result can be clearly seen. I really loved and enjoyed the session. Big thanks to Sangamitra as well for always managing it at the best and maintain best environment ❤️ Love Kaya ❤️ ❤️

Hi Today was my second session for Aqua facial at kaya East Street and it was commendable. I am having my last two sessions with Vidya here and I must say its worth it, the way she take the whole session with effective massage and products application is really good. I took my laser session as well here and I could completely feel the difference. I have taken facial and laser sessions at Kaya KP branch too earlier but have noticed alot of difference in the procudures of both the services. I find it more good and effective in East Street branch. Don't understand if kaya provides different traning to all its therapists. I have taken services from kaya at different locations (Delhi, Gurgaon, Jaipur), even in kaya pheonix mall branch I never had issues with. But have always got a unsatisfactory service at kp branch. I have been visiting the Kaya Skin Clinic - East Street Outlet, since years now. It’s one of the most state-of-the-art set-ups I have seen. All the team members from the receptionist, beauty therapists to the dermatologists are very professional and approachable. From booking an appointment to any skin/hair service under the sun, everything is super convenient.
