Cake Story Desserts — Local services in Pune

We had a terrible experience with this cake shop. We placed an order and paid in advance for a cake, but when we arrived the next day to collect it, the person seemed completely unaware of the order and the cake wasn’t even made. That was just the beginning.

We had also booked the shop space for a small celebration. We were promised air conditioning, but it was never turned on despite multiple requests. When we complained, the shop owner rudely questioned why we had brought "so many people" — despite never mentioning any limit beforehand. If there was a limit (he later said 10 people), it should have been clearly communicated at the time of booking, which it wasn’t.

To make matters worse, we brought our own paper plates for serving, and he wrongly assumed we took plates from his shop and rudely asked who gave us permission. The tone and attitude throughout were completely unprofessional.

We had booked the space for one hour but were forced to leave within 30 minutes due to the extremely poor service and rude behavior. This experience ruined what was supposed to be a joyful celebration.

Would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for better service and...

While Roaming casually quiet late night (around 12 in Midnight )in Camp area. Found this shop open with loud Music ON. Only person Was Present @counter . And Suddenly Hunger strucked for Ice cream ;) Maybe as it was late, options in Ice cream were very less. I tried Gulkand out of 4 flavours. The Taste Was Good . Ice cream was creamy like Real ice cream made from Dairy products. As it was mentioned in the shop, ice cream is Not a Frozen Desert. Can rely on them after getting Taste of Gulkand flavour at least. As the taste was Good , I would like to try some different flavours next time. Humble Suggestion. Please Ask Night Man on the counter to keep " Noise Of Music "little less....

This was the first time I ordered cake from cake story camp, usually i go to the Kothrud branch. I was not sure of the outcome, but it came perfect for the event. I wanted simple cake for my parents anniversary and I was not in station to explain how I want.
