Mauli Garden — Attraction in Pune

#Ease to reach: location of Google is fine.

#Location: roadside location with multiple event facility.

#Parking space: Around 20 four-wheelers can be parked at the entrance gate. However, the parking area is filled with sand and stones, it can be cemented.

#Space: seems to be adequate for moderate gathering..like approx 600 to max 1000 people. After that it will be too congested even after including the lawn beside.

#Lawn: beside the hall room on the right side. It's open space...no roof, grass area with a stage at one end.

#Stage area: stage in the hall room is of fine size...but could have been made bigger to accommodate many equipments on the dias.

#Dressing room: Separate rooms for bride and groom. Extra 4 more showrooms...[ but those WERE NOT PROVIDED ON TIME]

#Staff behaviour: VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. TOO MUCH DISAPPOINTED. Even after asking multiple times, many works were not done.. including parking area clearance, providing dressing room, setting the bride-groom cardboard photo-flex, And as soon as 12 midnight, they stopped few lights in the hall... without giving a verbal notice.....VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. after the party was over, NOT EVEN A SINGLE PEOPLE CAME TO HELP OUT FEW THINGS WHICH ARE VERY USUAL TO TROUBLE.

#Air condition: was working fine, but felt hot when there was a gathering of approx 250 people. IT SHOULD BE KEPT IN MIND TO ADJUST THE HALL OOM TEMPERATURE AS PER CROWD AND EXTERNAL TEMPERATURE.

#Buffet: on the left side of hall room. Area was big enough to accommodate 100 people for meal at a time. But staff number was not adequate. Many had to wait to get food.

#Food taste: Few items were good...not all.

#Toilets: are little distance away. Very poorly maintained...smells too bad, no room-freshner. Even during covid era, no sanitizer or soap was available in toilets.

#Decoration: overall fine, Red carpet quality could have been better, few areas were torn. Balloons could have been used for stage decoration apart from flowers. (SUGGESTIONS)

#Security concerns: Cctv installed for security...BUT Needs more in corners.

Overall value for...

We attended a marriage of one of my close relative. Overall experience was fine and satisfying.

Staff behaviour: Manageable. Really needs improvement, specially the Catering guys. I hope that they were not from Mauli Gardens.

Air condition: was working fine, but felt hot when there was a large gathering. IT SHOULD BE KEPT IN MIND TO ADJUST THE HALL ROOM TEMPERATURE AS PER CROWD AND EXTERNAL TEMPERATURE.

Frustrated Experience 🤬😡

I'm extremely disappointed with the services provided by Mauli Garden, Baner. Despite clear communication and prior agreements, the team failed to deliver on key aspects. The owner's attitude was appalling, with a blatant disregard for given words and a sole focus on money.

The overall management was pathetic, with poor coordination and a lack of attention to detail. The staff seemed disorganized, and the owner's behavior was cruel. Given the experience, I wouldn't recommend Mauli Garden to anyone. There are plenty of other options in Pune that offer better value for money and, more importantly, better...
