This ice cream shop's staff merits special recognition for their exceptional service. I was greeted with sincere smiles and a willingness to assist as soon as I entered. They were knowledgeable about the various flavors and offered suggestions based on my inclinations. As we visited this place during the afternoon and decided to sit outside...the staff was quick enough to bring two cooling to make us feel more comfortable...+10 points here :) This way of hospitality and attentiveness greatly enhanced my experience as a customer and made me feel valued.

One of the best and affordable cafe's I've been to in Baner. To start off I went there on a weekend and of course there was quite a rush, which is understandable, but the service was pretty swift. We had two specific things in mind, the chicken paprika and the veg cheesy blast pizza (which was recommended to us by freinds). The paprika normally comes with rice but I asked for extra veggies instead.

The order arrived together and lo and behold it was quite a big helping of chicken (3 big pieces) with a good amount of veggies and enough sauce to cover another plate. The taste was on point, very subtle hint of spice and big on flavour. That was a good one.

The pizza was a surprise. I have truthfully had a lot of pizzas but this particular one was exceptional. I am a hardcore non vegetarian but I really enjoyed this veg pizza because the sauce was absolutely delectable, as was the huge amount of cheese.

And of course since it's a creamery we wanted to try the ice creams. Don't get me started but these were the best ice creams I've had in my life. We had a scoop of pan ice cream which took me back to my childhood. It reminded of the sweet pan pasand. Refreshing and delicious. The next ones were a but decadent, a scoop each of choco brownie and red velvet ice creams. People reading this you HAVE TO try both of these. Absolutely delicious

I recently visited Bombay Creamery and had an overall decent experience. The outlet is spacious and The menu offers a mix of sweet treats and fast food options. While some items were good, there were areas that could be improved.

The Espresso was good coffee, but I felt it could have been served in an espresso cup for a more authentic experience. The Berry Blast ice cream was sweet, like any other ice cream parlour, but still enjoyable. The standout dish was the Honey Banana Waffle, which was quite good and definitely worth a try.

The fast food options available were also decent, offering a quick snack for those on the go.

However, while the food was enjoyable, I felt there was still room for improvement. Overall, my experience at Bombay Creamery was decent, but not exceptional. With some tweaks and improvements, it could certainly earn a higher rating. I would give it a 3 out of 5 rating.
