I had a Masala Dosa from your restaurant through swiggy, and that was the worst mistake I ever did which has resulted into a punishment for my body. I found a strand of hair in it, but that's not what I was mad at, because FUs happen with everyone, it's okay. The major fault was that you served me a spoiled and rancid food, now I'm on an antibiotic course and taking Ofloxacin & Ornidazole tablets. I didn't eat anything after that. Your restaurant was recommended by a friend but sorry you don't stand upto the mark and moreover you are cheating your customers with spoiled and contaminated food. I even called you but you took this issue in such a lackadaisical and unprofessional way that I felt like warning other people of your poor and unhygienic ways. The world is going through a serious pandemic and then you are making a fool out of your customers only. You must please understand that people look upto restaurants such as you for having food, which is one of the three basic necessities to have but you are only into money making business, and thereafter just sleep to glory with whatever the...

Now I will have to change my views and reviews about this outlet... On 18 September 2022, I ordered 1 podi garlic masala dosa, 1 special masala dosa & sambhar Vada in phase 5 , Mohali Avin Karthik Sambhar was bland. Red chutney was bland and stale. Both type of dosa were lacking their basic characteristics due to which they have been named differently from each other. Podi & garlic both not present in podi dosa.. Masala was like potato mash in special masala dosa or you can say in both dosas. Vada was made 2 hrs earlier, so it was sweating and had lost its crux. I complained all this to employee who had taken order, who was earlier complaining me, for excess work load while writing order( why me), didn't bother about it and instructed his fellow colleague to make tasty stuff..

So, now I will not visit here in weekends instead purchasing batter from 47, and improving my culinary skills is...
