I recently visited the restaurant with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal. However, my experience was marred by excessively long wait times and an uncomfortable lack of air conditioning, which made the overall dining experience less than satisfactory.

Upon entering the restaurant, the first thing that struck me was the absence of cool air. The air conditioning seemed to be struggling, as the temperature inside was noticeably hot and uncomfortable. It quickly became clear that this would make waiting for our food an arduous task.

Unfortunately, the wait for our food turned out to be longer than expected. Despite having made a reservation, we found ourselves waiting for an unreasonably long time before being seated. The lack of organization and communication from the staff regarding the delay only added to our frustration.

While waiting, the uncomfortable heat inside the restaurant made it increasingly difficult to remain patient. The lack of proper air circulation made the environment stifling, causing discomfort and making it hard to concentrate on anything other than the discomfort. Third class service, food was not good. Waiters were not ready to accept any mistake they made. Other than that the refused to change the chair for a person who was not comfortable on the chair as she was having back problems. Totally disappointed. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Oliva Lounge and Bar. I ordered the Hakka noodles, and they were far from fresh. The noodles were cold and tasted stale, which ruined the entire dish.

To make matters worse, the outdoor seating area was filthy and covered in dust. It was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here.

Overall, the poor food quality and unclean environment made for a very unpleasant visit. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this...
