Hotel Friends Regency - Best Banquet & Hotel in Ludhiana City — Hotel in Punjab

Worst experience of my all time travel history since last 10 years , first time i am writing negative comment of a hotel.. people managing reception desk are not professional. They don't value for people who are paying comparatively high Fare of nearby locality for this hotel. I booked this hotel online and reached at hotel at 10:30 am prior to standard check in time 02:00 PM. While instead of replying with inability to serve me in early check in they upfrontly said to come after 02:00 PM with disgrace manner. I was although ok this and came late in the evening for Check in. They took my aadhaar card for printing copy and forgot to return me and gave me a room which does not have window. I checked out in the next morning. After 3 days I came back again and took my aadhaar Card from them and again did check in as I booked this hotel online 5 days back for different dates.. basis my multiple times request, this time they gave me window side room which was in the last corner of the building with having less square feet area of which I paid Rs 4500 per night. In room toilet was not clean, bathroom floor was having wet dust. Tata sky were not recharged. After giving complaint They resolved the issue After 1 hour...horrible experience.. I ordered food which took around 1 hour and even served without plates and cutlery. I complaint to room service for such Gross service deficiencies by hotel but they replied in very rude behavior... I will not recommended to stay in this hotel for any one.... Pathetic hotel services I have even...

Entered the reception the receptionist and the waiter across the room having arguments with us sitting in between, when sorted we were shown out rooms, entered sat on the bed lo and behold heard springs and dip in the bed, at a convention dinner the food was good but the one of the waiters started standing behind my back giving me eerie feeling and then I realized either he was drunk or was after a tip. I had to tell him to get lost not go away. After some time he came back sure enough tip and drunk was together.|Then sleeping time yes the springy dippy bed and when covers unfolded the sheets were dirty. Anything else can go wrong after a long day.|The whole set up needs to be revamped and your staff needs to be given lots of lecture and teaching on hospitality sector if you want to be a business hotel. More professionalism required and also please do up your full upholstery and the beds along with mattresses and beddings.|I would and will never come here again given a choice even of for free, sofas in the room have holes table is too big for the room, please make sure about time to keep up with...
