Hotel Krishans — Hotel in Punjab

The worse hotel you can ever imagine ,, And Make my trip also misguided about location and services i guess review on make my trip about this hotel is fake ||||Please note the problem you will face.||||1. Location- This hotel is not near, you need to walk to reach and it is not visible because hotel location is very deep in town, it feels like you are taking zig zag turns to reach the hotel ||and the roads near this hotel in very congested barely a motorbike can pass . This is as narrow as you can imagine about slum area.||||2. Once you reach by doing all hard-work they would not have your rooms ready , will ask you to wait for half an hour with excuses like cleaning and all .||||3. talking about room i booked their Deluxe Room with double bed, however the room is smaller and the worst part is they washrooms are not clean and even the do not||provide essential kit like hand wash and soap in bathroom, The bucket which they have is dirty and stinks.||||4. Bed-sheet is single only so you can't sleep comfortably on mattress and they will only give you 2 pillow for 2 person and when u hold pillow it feels like you have ||towel in hand , so the pillow quality is very very extremely poor, ||||5. Blanket is smelly and feels that it has been used many times and even there is no blanket covers on it.||||6. MIND they will not turn on Air conditioner until you go to reception and remind them 10 times as they control A.C from reception,||so i somehow managed to get my A.C on but in next one hour it was switched off and they said because of no electricity after 7 hours they started A.C again for 1 hour again switched off.||||7. They do not have any restaurant on board so they use Brothers Dhaba Menu in their rooms however if you order anything they will not get it because that restaurant is bit Far from their location||||SO FINAL suggestion is you can take a Blanket and rest in GOLDEN TEMPLE premises but do not book their hotel even if they gives you money in return.||||||||I stayed only for 7 hours then i checked out because of poor service. and also the best part is they only accept Cash , no card payment because they are afraid that because they are so poor about their service that they will get||charge-back from banks.||||||||I was so pissed off after this that i went and paid money and stayed in Ramada Amritsar which is 4 Star Well know hotel chain property around the Globe.||||||I will never book with Make My trip again because i feel they do not check the affiliated hotel property and their services. and misguide people even at religious places like Amritsar where millions of Devotees...

Horrible experience First you won't locate this hotel easily as it's situated in a narrow alley where not even a bike can be parked. Entire hotel was under construction and not at all safe to stay reflecting in pictures and videos. Anyone could have got hurt but they kept arguing that hotel is not under construction when asked for refund. We booked 2 family rooms and they provided us with 3 deluxe room instead when complained. When denied to stay in such unsafe place hotel denied to refund. Very unprofessional and arrogant staff. Didn't refund the amount and kept arguing instead. Rooms are dirty. Bedsheets, blankets, pillow covers, towels were dirty. No lift available as the entire building was under construction and provided 4th floor for senior citizens when asked to change the floor they were providing the room with all the construction stuff and plywoods filled in and asking to adjust in it. And The Worst Part was the Bathroom ! FilthyToilet seat, Dirty bathroom and the flush tank was continuously leaking.

NEVER EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE...

The hotel is a fraud. We booked our hotel rooms through Agoda. The hotel refused me a room on the day of check-in, stating one of the days was already full, and they couldn't understand how I had been able to find such competitive rates for the rooms booked online. Both the staff and the owner are touts. They will cancel any weekend reservations as Amritsar is flooded with tourists on weekends, so they would rather entertain direct visitors than via an online aggregator. These people are shameless.

In addition, the room we checked was one of the worst we have ever seen. As if they had not been cleaned in ages, the fans were so dirty. Cleaning is still essential, even though there is air conditioning in the rooms. Complete opposite to the pics you see online. The location too is very confusing and they are located in a side...
