Staff is arrogant and very disrespectful. You will feel as if you are eating for free. Staff doesn't has patience and they are more than happy if you leave the premises without ordering anything.

They don't bother to clean the tables and refill the sauce bottles on time. You will see used tissue paper and other cutlery lying on the tables. Very unhygienic mostly in these COVID times.

Owner simply sits to take money and hardly visit other side place to check the quality. I think staff is not getting paid well despite so much customers. And I saw staff arguing with other customers as well and this means that staff is either unpaid or they have been dragged in this type of business.

Since we as a customer have limited options near by to Golden Temple related to eating joints like this....please initiate talk with the staff before ordering something..

Food was delicious, more than that I will share my experiencr of what a honest and gentlemen hotel owner and staff is. I wanted to try Amritsar kulcha and so near by shops suggested ke this place I was carrying a hand bag, which I forgot on store and came back home, next day when I started searching for bag it came to mind that I forgot my bag at this Resturant. So I googled and got his number, owner was travelling he told let me check at store and call you back. I never thought I would get call back, but this honest man and will his lovely honest staff returned call and made sure my bag is couriered to me. Incredible experience: not sure where else in this world would some one return som bodies lost stuff back with so much sincerity and kindness. If I travel back some day would love to visit this...

Visited this place on my last visit to Amritsar as I wanted to explore the old and famous eateries of Amritsar. It is located very close to golden temple and has a decent choice of items to offer. I tried the masala lassi here and it was decent. There was a small fly fallen on top along with the masala sprinkled. When I told this to the person incharge he acted like it is totally normal and just removed it using a spoon! I was expecting him to replace the whole thing but since he didn't, it just shows that they care little about hygiene as done by most dhabas. They had a decent display of milk based sweets too though I did not try any of them. It's conveniently located near golden temple and good for those who want to try out...
