Hotel Palace — Hotel in Punjab

I stayed with my family in this hotel from 24 to 27 dec(3 nights) in a triple bedded room on the first floor.|Though our stay was comfortable, there we some points that need to be considered, as follows:|Pros:|Vicinity to the Railway station(just in front of Amritsar railway entry gate, hence comfortable for rail travellers)|Fully furnished clean rooms with daily cleaning, AC, Geyser and all basic necessities|Courteous staff|Parking facility, which hotels near Golden temple don't offer as it is a congested area, hence it is beneficial for the tourists with cars|Cons:|Basic toiletries were not upto the standard|Hotel does not have in house restaurant or room service, hence one has to go outside to have every meal|Some rooms can have a lot of noise as railway station and busy road is very near to the rooms, though my room was comfortable as it was somewhat far.||Concluding, it is a budget friendly hotel with all basic amenities, at the vicinity of railway station and certainly better than some hotels present in the city. It has a courteous and friendly staff, and shops for daily meals available nearby if one wants to have food or drinks at any hour.|I recommend this hotel to everyone who are going for vacations...

Starting with Booking Id: 712507233

The only possitive thing about this hotel is Railway station is exactly opposite to the hotel.I made a booking for my parents for a one day stay and i checked with manager whether early check-ins are possible because they will be reaching at early morning and he said yes if rooms are available then we will make the arrangement.

My parents reached early morning and they asked to pay extra amount for early check-ins even though the rooms were available. They give more preference to the customer who does offline booking. Infront of my parent, they allowed early check-in for customer who did offline booking amd denied early check in to my parent. Finally we had to pay extra amount.

Regarding the room; rooms were not clean, Dirty wasroom, no water in the wash basin, Ac not functioning properly etc.

From my experience this hotel is not worth to stay unless you have early morning train.
