Worst experience ever . The worst service. Staff and the manager are very rude . I got my blanket changed for 3 times still got the smelly one . No extra pillows provided if required and the ones you already have are useless. No management . Room service phone was not working instead of getting it chked 4 times . Every morning you hve to walk down to ask for Tea/coffee and to switch on the geaser. No towel soap / shampoo was provided.

We booked a cab from the management they over charged us . And we were told the driver will take us to 3 points and v visited only 2 cz the museum we were suppose to visit was closed when we objected why didn't they tell us about the timings they responded " hme ky pta tha ki 6 bje bnd hojata h" . Being a tourist when you are arranging a cab and telling us the spots ki kitne bje kaha Jana h toh obviously you should know that . Overall the worst experience in all the aspects management, cleanliness, staff, misguiding the tourist, hygiene. I have always heard Amritsar has kind people but this experience has changed...

The rooms was too small for the amount we paid. The service is horroble with phone anf TV doesnt work. Anything we required we had to go to the reception and request peple to get things done. Food was too spicy and expensive. They charged us inflated bill which on arguing and validation was reduced. The person in the reception wouldnt even walk up to the main door and open it for us when we were checking out. Only advantage is that it is just opposite the station. We stayed for 5 hours as we took the early morning train to Delhi. Surely will not...

I visited here with my wife and 5 year old son. I was given room 301. Rooms are not at all even ok. Insects all around bed. Spider webs around geyser. Geyser not working. TV connections not provided. Foot mat not provided outside washroom. Walls & Ceiling had moisture all around. Moisture smell prominent in room. Almirah door broken. Food was very bad.
