Worst Hotel Experience: Cheating and Scamming in Amritsar

I strongly advise against booking this hotel. It is an unsafe and disgraceful place in Amritsar. Due to the behavior of the hotel staff, my perception of the city and its Sikh community has been tarnished. This hotel's actions are an injustice to both the Sikh community and the reputation of Amritsar. Here are the details of my terrible experience: Room Quality: The photos online are deceptive; the actual room was completely different. The room was dirty with a foul smell. The bedsheets and blankets were in poor condition. The shower was non-functional, and the air conditioning did not work.

Service: The service was disgraceful. The manager was extremely rude and insulting. He demanded an additional ₹1000 just to view the room and threatened us when we refused. I felt unsafe, especially as I was with young children and women.

Location: The location was dirty and noisy. It is not suitable for anyone seeking a peaceful stay.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. If you value your safety and comfort, avoid this hotel...

Everything is poor even worst, if you want to spoil your vacation then you can prefer this hotel. I have booked this hotel for two days , I have to checkout in one day anyhow, they give gyser facility for showers, if you went out for whole day and coming back to evening and asking for gyser to wash your legs, hands, they said gyser " shirf nahne ke liye hai

Guys donot go with pictures, they might be old pictures, location is near railway station however it's surrounded by car mechanic market all lobour area. Even reception person is working in hotels shop of battery downstair, multi tasking.

I can see few positive review, might they are posted as some fake review.

Terrible Experience - Do Not Stay Here

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Hotel Shehnaz Inn in Amritsar. Before we entered, the male staff was in our room with another guy for hookup-fun. This was extremely embarrassing and inappropriate, especially since I was with my family.

The rooms are tiny and the property is very old. The pictures shown on Google are outdated and do not represent the current state of the hotel. Additionally, the staff is rude and their behavior is unacceptable.

I would never suggest anyone to stay here. There are much better options available in Amritsar. Avoid this place...
