Disappointing Experience at Crystal Restaurant

I recently visited Crystal Restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by slow service, overpriced menu items, and inconsistent food quality.

The highlights of our meal were the delicious Kalmi Kebabs, which were cooked to perfection and flavorful. However, the rest of our order was a letdown.

The Murg Tawa Frontier, recommended by our waiter, failed to impress and wasn't worth the steep price of Rs. 540. The dish lacked depth and flavor, leaving us wondering what justified the high cost.

The Fish Biryani was a major disappointment. Instead of a traditional biryani, they served fried fish on top of biryani rice, which was unacceptable at Rs. 750.

To add to our frustration, the service was slow and inattentive. When we declined to pay the service charge, our waiter's demeanor changed abruptly, leaving a sour taste.

Recommendation:

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

Hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless the staff was amazing and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. While I did not get there in time to eat at restaurant, have heard amazing reviews on the restaurant.
