Neha Bhawan — Hotel in Punjab

We arrived at this hotel around 11:50 PM, exhausted after a long journey. Unfortunately, due to the late hour, we had no other option but to stay and it turned out to be a huge mistake.

The room was filthy, with dirty bedsheets, a foul smell, and an unhygienic bathroom everywhere. The AC barely worked, The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful, even when we asked for basic things like Wi-Fi support.

To make matters worse, we were scammed by the rickshaw driver who brought us here. He strongly insisted this hotel was “very good” and later we found out he clearly had a fixed commission arrangement with the hotel. It’s obvious they prey on tired or late-night travelers who don’t have many options.

I wont even give 1 star to this hotel but it doesnt proceed until u gv any star... So here it earns one .. Wifi is not working properly ... One has to go near the door of the owner (as they have their residence inside the hotel) Poor room service.. On asking to change the bedsheet, they give you the bedsheet to change it yourself. No one picks up the phone on reception.. Everytime you have go downstairs to contact them. They have not even recharged TV. No toiletries in washroom. behaviour of hotel staff is very bad. my checkin time was 11:30 pm .next whole day i was out of hotel when i came back at 11.45pm. they turned off my AC. i said to on it, they said me to leave the room within 5 mins otherwise we would charge for next day too, i told them to give me 10 mins to pack my luggage but they said that you have only 5 mins.behaviour and the tone of talking was worst that i have ever seen in any hotel in my life.
