Casa De Mount — Hotel in Rajasthan

If you’re a light sleeper, this place isnt for you. The rooms have paper walls. You can hear everything from outside -traffic, people talking softly or loudly, people opening their room doors, closing them etc. There’s no lift in the hotel so every time anyone is climbing up even the thumps of stairs are very clearly audible. Cleanliness was also an issue. It feels like the hotel has never been deep cleaned. Except for mandatory things that should be cleaned like sheets and commode. If you’re someone who obsesses over old splatters behind the sink which have dirt layers on them, spider webs in bathroom and stains on couch then this is going to be an issue. Location is perfect. We wanted to be in the city center and it’s bang in center. Staff is helpful and service is okay. For 5k, paper thin walls are not...

I don't know how and why people give 4 or 5 star rating...it is not even a hotel, A personal home converted to hotel..if u r going alone then u can stay here to save some money..but if tracking with family..it is not recommended at all..Here is my experience :

Positives : I feel service was good, they provide everything on time whatever we asked. Nakki lake and local market is nearby everything is in walk in distance.

Negatives: ur car/ Vehicle can not reach up to hotel as hotel is inside gullies.. 2.No lift in hotel, very narrow stairs 3.Rooms r very very small, not for family 4.AC not in working 5.No any view from hotel, U may feel suffocated 6.No complementary tea/coffee in the room, no toiletries as well, except small soap.

I just visited Casa de mount in the previous week , and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again when i come to mount abu. After conducting research, I selected Casa de mount . I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it! The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit Casa de mount once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel.
