Mid Town Inn By Yanu Hotel & Resort — Hotel in Rajasthan

At first we were quite sceptical about the location surrounding, but I guess that was temporary.

Mr. Bansalji and his staff were quite courteous and had all details - which according to us is the bestest mark of excellence for those in hospitality and service !

Please keep in mind, this review is written at the current state. Mr. Bansal did mention that certain aspects of his property is work in progress.

We were a family of 5 (2 of which were my parents i.e. Senior Citizens).

A few pointers-

Check-in time (11 AM) and Check-out time (10 AM) has very little time for the staff to get the rooms ready and allow the new occupants to check in immediately. So please ensure you spare at least an hour OR inform of Mr. Bansal of your arrival at least 3 hours prior.

The build up is from the 1st floor. A flight of narrow steps lead to the first floor.

Please avoid if travelling with senior citizens. (Currently, there is no side stair railings for support)

Avoid if you are carrying heavy luggage OR Mr. Bansal may help here ( he did request a cart owner to bring them up for us.. which is a fantastic attitude. @Mr. Bansal, as suggested, we do hope you look at the option of introducing a trolley for your guests to bring their luggage)

Considering the Hotel is located inside a small lane, you might need to park a bit off or find a way around it.

There’s room for the AC to be installed in the rooms. However, I suggest for Cooling & Heating (both in AC) to be installed so thatot works for year round weather at Mount Abu.

While fresh towels and soap + shampoo kit was provided and kept on the bed, I’d suggest them to be kept in the Bathroom railings. Also, hand towels to be kept.

The hotel is exactly as seen in the pictures.

Mr. Bansal’s hospitality and his priperty is top-notch.

In short, if you are ever in Mount Abu (keeping in mind the above pointers), I would definitely recommend you to stay at...

One of the worst experiences. Once we entered there was no one at the lobby. It felt like we entered one house on our own. We had to call one neighbor in the area to let the owner know that we had arrived(we arrived at 7:30pm approx). After checking in (@8:10 pm approx) we were provided a room which was spacious but the bedsheets, blanket, pillows and everything had stains of i dont know what not. When we asked to change the owner clearly said "isse zyada nhi dhul skta h laundry mein, tourists aake chai girate h toh hum kya hi kare".we had to accept since we had no other option. For toiletries you will only get soap and shampoo sachets that's it. And we requested for checkout at 10:30 am earlier while checking in the owner clearly said we cannot even permit you checkout by 5 mins delay.
