Worst Hotel........ The location of this hotel is just 20-30 steps away from garbage ground (which is in front of entrance) you have to park your vehicle just side of (or on) the garbage. Stinking rooms neither windows nor exhausts, unhygienic bathrooms. “Amit Bhatia” the owner is a thug.... He is dacoit, cheater he looted money. We were there on 30th December, 2022 and booked a room @ 4000 (no worth as per rooms conditions) per night due to new year. He offered us room for only one night. On next day he asked us to give another room on the same price on top floor. We gave him full amount for another day, due to the new year time the hotels were packed “Marta Kaya na Karta majboori mein book karna pada yeh hotel nahi to 4000 mein ek se ek badiya hotel mil jaate”. He also booked a tent stay at Sam Dunes for 7000/- per night for the 1st January, for this we gave him 1000/- in advance. But due to some urgency we have to discontinue our trip and cancel the deal just after 1 hr. and asked him to refund our amount, he refuses. He had looted our hard earned 5000/-, after some arguments, he promised to refund the amount but after 1 month we didn’t get any response from him. I recommend not to stay at this hotel and to spoil your vacations/mood, locality of this hotel is bad. Smell of animal...

“Fantastic Experience at Ajanta Haveli!”
I recently stayed at Hotel Ajanta Haveli in Jaisalmer, and I must say it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, reflecting the traditional charm of Rajasthan while offering all modern amenities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and decorated with local art that added an authentic touch.
The staff was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always available to help, whether it was with room service, travel tips, or arranging tours around Jaisalmer. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight! The food was delicious, and the view of the Jaisalmer Fort at sunset was breathtaking.
The location is also a big plus, as it’s close to major attractions but still peaceful and quiet. We had easy access to the fort, the markets, and the desert for a camel safari experience. Overall, Ajanta Haveli is a perfect blend of comfort, tradition, and great service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone...
Read moreMy family recently visited Ajanta Haveli and we were not impressed. We felt like there was not really any service. Also, the hotel was not clean. We saw staff members just hanging out looking at their mobile phones while a bunch of bed sheets and items lay flat on the hotel lobby floor waiting to be folded. The restaurant the hotel has is not that great. It appears like a makeshift restaurant. The staff is friendly and it’s not the fault of the staff. The management needs to send the staff to proper hospitality training to offer better service the customers. It’s like the staff has good intentions but the management and staff is unfit to run a hotel to international standards. The customer experience was non-existent and unfortunately it was a disappointment for my family. We hope the management takes steps to improve their service and...
