Delight Restaurant — Restaurant in Rajasthan

The food was amazing. We loved everything we ordered - Punjabi dum aloo, dal tadka, roti, mix raita, masala papad. When we went the entire restaurant was packed to the brim. It was difficult just to access the tables and chairs. However we got fast service, unfortunately that wasn't the case for all the tables. They have a separate space for the drivers to eat and are served free of cost. The packed restaurant though caused a lot of noise in the space and that was a big drawback for us. Probably the only reason we did not go back to eat again during our stay in Jaiselmer, the chaos and noise level...

Delight Restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy authentic Rajasthani cuisine in Jaisalmer! The dal bati churma and ker sangri sabji were the best I’ve ever had—fresh, hot, and full of flavor.

The owner was very nice and friendly, and the staff was attentive and courteous. The service was quick, and the overall experience was fantastic.

Improvements:

1. Cleanliness was needed at the front door while entering.
2. If possible the Restaurant should try Roasted Bati as well
3. Cleanliness outside the hotel was much needed.

I highly recommended for anyone...

Food had gone off! - Dont eat here, would give it zero if I could. This place was recommended to us but was a complete disappointment. We ordered a number of things all were pretty bad. Our Channa masala had gone off and the so called Panner sizzer was just a cabbage leaf with cold panner bites dumped inside it with little taste. - Tourist do not go here on the basis of local recommendation - its better to go some where the food is much tasty, clearly fresher and cheaper like Riddi-Siddi restaurant or Kuku cafe. - Sorry absolutely do not...
