Hotel Royal Palm - A Budget Hotel in Udaipur — Hotel in Rajasthan

First of all it should not be a 3 star hotel, they did not have even basic amentias. Idk who has given 3 star status to this hotel. Here is the detailed review of this hotel. Curtains and chair were full of dust, seem they had not been dusted in a while. There were mosquitos in the room and no mosquito repellent was provided. Wash room flush was not working well and we had to literally fill the bucket with water and flush out and I think, that is why bathroom smelt like hell and surprisingly no bathroom freshener was there. Pillows cover were dirty and bedsheets had stains on it. Glass partition in bathroom looked like will collapse if you just touch it. Lift button was so hard that we have to hit hard multiple times to call the lift on the floor. There was no WiFi signal in the room, despite the fact that the hotel advertised free WiFi but there was a signal from a neighboring hotel. LOL Frequent power cuts No complimentary water bottles' were provided instead drinking water was given in jugs and do not forgot their claim of 3star hotel. Outside food was not allowed and if you order from hotel then they take almost 2 hours to deliver it.

Only the best part was the location.

In short, not so good experience...

We have been stayed 2 days in Royal Palm.

Need to improve following factors asap -

Landline Phones : Our room number Landline phone was dead and we need to call reception via our mobile phone all the times for any needs.

Room Service : it's been no response from Room Service - we have updated reception that please collect our used plates on 1st night ( same updated room service as well ) - but no one come to collect plates. If we call reception again than they update us to call room service only as that is not their look out. It was below average experience with Room Service.

Internet : Our 2 Days Visit Internet was working only 1 day ( you guys need to plan...

Clean and Comfortable Room: The room was well-maintained, and the cleanliness was impressive. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Convenient Location: Hotel Royal Palm is conveniently located near Udaipur railway station making it easy to explore the area
