The location of the property is quite good; however, the overall experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Despite rooms being available early in the morning, the receptionist showed little concern for guest comfort and did not offer any assistance for freshening up or resting after a long journey. The receptionist also lacked proper customer service skills and courtesy while interacting with guests.

Additionally, the pricing is comparable to a three-star hotel, yet essential services, such as breakfast, are not included. Almost every item, including basic necessities like drinking water, is charged separately. Even the complimentary water provided is limited, and guests are expected to pay for any additional bottles.

this is the worst hotel hotel I had ever gone. wifi which they provide have no strength even theirs wifi doesnt cover a single floor. they charge 3500 + taxes which shows that this hotel contains very good services, facility, food, and much more but didnt contain any of the things. the workers of hotel dont know how to talk, how to serve food, how to behave it looks like they just took the local persons who works at there. they didnt even have any door man or security guard. they dont have any rules and regulation the guests who stayed at there had a drinking in the and even smoking cigratte which causes problem to others for this incident I went the workers this say "no no kaha hai kaha kon pi raha hai" till that the person smoke stop that due to that voice. they ussually say to everyone that that this in 3 star hotel but they didnt contain a single star these words they said to me that "we contain 3 star". so at the last what i want to say is this is worst hotel i...

Worst experience ever. I have booked a Standard room and the room has no windows, no ventilation and the size of the room was very small and you will feel suffocation. I requested the hotel Manager for an upgrade but he denied by saying that rooms booked online can't be upgraded and we have no rooms left. He was very rude and had no cooperation and he didn't understand our problem of suffocation.Then I called the goibibo customer care number and somehow they managed to upgrade and I agreed to pay the difference of rs 2250 in cash. While checking out the manager again misbehaved and he was not giving me the bill of the amount I paid in cash.
