Hotel Mukund Villas & Iconic Restaurant — Hotel in Rajasthan

I stayed here for two days. I would very much like to give good rating but I can't. As the property isn't worth the money. On the other hand the service is absolutely delightful. They helped me and wife with everything, but the property itself is of low quality.

Cold air was entering in the rooms making it very cold inside. The room didn't have attached heater, so we had to call the reception everytime we needed hot water. We stayed on the third floor, their water pump was always on, making it difficult to sleep. They did turn it off after request late at night, but again started it in the morning which is obvious. Food is decent. Room walls are thin, so if anyone shouts a bit, you'll hear it.

The management is doing great work, but they can't change the building, can they?

We went for a family trip to Udaipur during the last week of January 2024 and our stay was booked at Mukund Villas. The property is located in the heart of the city and the rooms were good and clean. What impressed me was the behaviour of the staff and their humbleness throughout. They were very accommodating for any help or request as well as they were very welcoming. There is also a swimming pool area accompanied by a lawn which feels very relaxing and pleasant to sit and eat. Overall, the experience was very pleasing at Mukund Villas.
