Hotel Ace Plaza — Hotel in Rajasthan

Pros: The room was clean. Only the latch of the bathroom wasn't working. Staff was very polite and helpful. 3.Food was clean and hygienic. ME AND MY friend had a good stay in the hotel.

Cons: Apologies to Mr. Owner of Hotel Ace plaza for uighlighting this point. There is a certain waiter who works only in the morning shift and is a new recruit. I hope u r able to identify who it is. He behaved as if he is the manager of the hotel, connected us to a driver for the city trip. Here begins the problem. The driver was constantly reporting our location and activity to someone on phone, initially we thought it was his wife.. but it was only later when we refused to go to a certain hotel that we realised that we were kind of being supervised and manipulated to go to certain places. All food places and shopping places that we were taken to seem to have some connection. Please see , hotel ace plaza has nothing to do with it..but the waiter there probably has. So beware of him.

The ground-floor restaurant was a standout, offering delicious food that added to the overall positive experience. However, a couple of areas need improvement. We encountered a bed bug, and the white towels released sticky particles during use.

Despite these minor setbacks, the service provided by the staff was excellent. Their attentiveness contributed significantly to our overall satisfaction. The central location of the hotel was undeniably advantageous for exploring Udaipur.

In summary, Ace Plaza provided a good stay with a few hiccups. Addressing the cleanliness concerns would enhance the overall experience. Nevertheless, the excellent service and convenient location make it a viable choice for...

The hotel staff were polite and professional, always ready to assist. The amenities were decent, nothing extraordinary but sufficient for a comfortable stay. The best part of this hotel is its location—it's conveniently situated, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transport options.

However, one issue left a bad impression—the owner’s greed. Despite requesting an early check-in well in advance, we were still charged extra for it. This felt unfair and unnecessary, especially since they had rooms available. It would be great if they could show a little more flexibility and customer care in such situations.
