Worst experience. My tour operator informed them about late check in. Still at 11 pm there was no one on the reception. A person who finally opened the door said hotel is fully booked. Upon telling him about my booking he was not ready to check his register, instead he was reconfirming the hotel's name , whether I am at correct place or not. 15 mins he made us wait out on the road. After that miss Anita Rai came on the line. She said , she is ready to give me one room. She was extremely rude and annoying. Instead of welcoming guests she started arguing on some random topic. Absolute unprofessional people. Next day morning we were supposed to start early for Nathula pass. But breakfast wasn't ready. We ordered Bread Omelette which was in their menu. They brought eggs from market in front of us. It took 45 mins to prepare 3 omelettes. We asked them to give whatever you have. They gave aloo paratha after 1 hr. Tea wasn't ready. Bread butter wasn't placed on buffet counter. No spoons, tissues. Most of the guests went hungry as they never wanted to Miss Nathula pass. Which we missed. Upon returning we preordered our next morning breakfast, we reconfirmed it at 7:00 am . At 7:45am when we went down for breakfast, it was not ready. They served it at 8:30am . That too one by one. Without water, dish, spoons, tissues. Only one basket with one parotha. I don't know about others experience. But, trust me .. this is a most pathetic hotel I have seen. They have only one person Rohit for all the room services and restaurant. All ladies are rude. They just disappear from the counter when you need them. Stay on the streets but don't go to MMR Manor. Lift Issues: The lift was malfunctioning throughout my stay, causing major inconvenience. It was never repaired. Poor Hospitality: The overall hospitality was extremely lacking. Staff were rude and unprofessional.
The staff, particularly two individuals—Partha and Anita Rai—were extremely rude and unprofessional. Partha, whose contact number is listed on the hotel’s website, gave me promises that turned out to be completely false. He is a fraud, and you cannot rely on any of his words or assurances.
Anita Rai, on the other hand, was downright disrespectful. Her behavior was unbecoming of someone working in hospitality. Instead of offering assistance, she was dismissive and rude. There was absolutely no effort to make guests feel welcomed or comfortable.
Lack of Training: The hotel staff clearly lacks proper training in hospitality and customer service.
Conclusion: I would not recommend this hotel. The proprietor should focus on teaching their staff proper hospitality before taking any...
